I’ve known this beautiful and fun family now for about four years. Our sweet girls were in the same Kindergarten class(four years ago!!) and have been in several classes together since that time, and we all live in the same neighborhood. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful neighborhood full of fantastic people! This was my first opportunity to get to photograph them, and it was such fun. Because, I mean…look at them!! How absolutely GORGEOUS are they? I loved the blues against the bright colorful flowers that the Botanic Gardens offers this time of year. So much fun. Hailey: ” I’m right hee-ya!!” Laugh, laugh, laugh…giggle, giggle, giggle…look completely adorable!!

This is what is so much fun about two-year-olds, they think that I am super hilarious!! And, they make the absolute cutest little faces when they laugh. I’ve been photographing Miss Hailey since she was just days old, and I just love this little princess. She’s so dainty and polite and agreeable and all-out awesome!! I just loved our session, and how she kept me smiling and in awe of how beautiful she is becoming. Happy birthday to you, sweet girl!! And, thank you, Mom and Dad “V” for continuing to bring your sweet girl to me year after year. She is awesome and I know you are so proud of her! 🙂

How adorable are these little cheeks? And those two little teeth? And, my personal favorite, the amazing red hair? Love little redheads!! Sweet Jack and his equally sweet Momma met me one morning this week for his first ever professional portraits. He did such a wonderful job, you’d think this kid was a professional! 🙂 Lots of grins and happy faces and lots and lots and lots to singing fun songs to him to make that happen. He loves singing songs! I think I continued singing those fun songs the rest of the day to myself. They just make you happy, right Jack? Hope you guys enjoy this little sneak peek! This is just about as perfect as it could get for a little boy who just turned four and loves trains! I’ve been photographing Jackson since he was just a newborn, and he is just as cute now as he was then…perhaps even more so! He is now turning into such a little man and sooo very talkative. Before, he would be so shy with me, and this week we had the best conversations. He just talked and talked and I absolutely loved it. Could’ve brought him home with me in an instant! 🙂 He loves trains right now, so his very smart Momma decided to do this 4th birthday session at the trains and they all turned out just adorable. He was having the best time. Be sure you scroll all the way down to the end and see the surprise that he got at the very end of our session. A real train came by only feet away from us and he was able to stand and watch them go by. I just ADORE the look of awe on his face. So precious and fleeting and such a smart Mom to capture these moments while she can. Happy birthday to you, Jackson!!

Miller Kate is just gorgeous and what a fun night we had playing dress-up with her! 🙂 Sweet girl didn’t care so very much for being hot and snuggled by the family, but she rallied like all beautiful ladies do and pulled it out for some amazing photos despite the heat! Such a joy to watch these little ones grow up, and I’ve been “watching” her grow since she was in mommy’s tummy! Every session just gets more fun than the last. This little man is so funny and like most little boys this age, very busy as well! He was very interested in just about everything but having his photo made. haha! Such is the life when you are 1 1/2 years old! But, he does have a great smile and he really loves to sing. Like in these photos, “If you’re happy and you know it say ‘Hurray!'” Love this cutie and always enjoy spending time with him and his parents. They always make it fun. Esp, when Dad gives me a hard time about putting his son in front of orange flowers…he wanted to know why they cannot be Crimson colored? Roll Tide, right? Thanks for sharing your Lucas with me! It is sooo much fun for me when I get to see families that I haven’t seen in awhile. I know after almost 8 years in this business I should get used to the fact that children grow up…even when I don’t get to see them for several years…but, it always amazes me how very much they change over the years. I haven’t seen Olivia since she was 3 or 4 years old, and now she is 7 and has an adorable little 4-year-old brother, Andrew! After many tries of schedule conflicts and spring rain outs, we finally had the opportunity to meet up at the Botanic Gardens last week and had the best time together. These are some amazing kids, and I loved spending time with them and capturing just a glimpse into their family. Ellen and Brook, you’ve got a lovely family and I know you are so very proud of them. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek…sooooo many more to come! 🙂

And, now, Mr.Charlie is growing up and big sister plays games with him and still loves him very much! So sweet!!

I cannot believe Charlie is already ONE!! Wow! This year has flown by, and it feels like it was just moments ago that I was at his home taking pictures of he and his family for his Newborn Session. Yet, here he is, all adorable and cute and standing up like a big boy! I adore this family and their precious children. What a joy to celebrate with them year-after-year the gifts that are their children. Happy birthday to you, Charlie!! 🙂 I sure do love your smile!!

When your first few clicks of the shutter produce images like these, you KNOW it’s going to be a super fun and beautiful session. I was thrilled to have Miss Lydia and her parents back again this year to mark her 2nd birthday! What a beauty this little girl is! Oh my goodness, just darling. Her curls and big blue eyes just captured me right away. And then, she talked and talked to me and was just too precious with her little words and screams at the ants and bugs. She’s quite hilarious and kept me laughing the entire time. I feel so honored to have been able to capture her adorableness once again. What a sweet angel you guys have! Thank you for sharing her with me.She’s a living doll!! We grabbed just a few quick ones with Mom and Dad, too. My favorite is the last one in black and white where she spontaneously leaned over and snuggled into her Momma. So sweet!!

Brecon is too cute!! Don’t you just love his blond hair and shining eyes? And, that cute little grin is just a lil’ heart-breaker waiting to happen. This little man was such fun. Loved his fascination with the bullfrog in the pond..haha! Even though it was much more interesting than I could ever hope to be. 🙂 Regardless we ended up with some great photos of this very photogenic little man. Loved how he kept calling me “Jewie”…so precious. I almost took him home with me, but I think his Mom and Dad would kinda miss him.
