Kinsley is Sitting and Smiling…

And striking a pose!! What a cutie pie!! This is my precious little niece, and she is a doll. I love her sooo much! We have rescheduled this session soo many times due to rain, cold, no flowers, etc. But it was sooooo worth the wait! Miss Kinsley did a wonderful job at her session and had all of us laughing. What a funny little sweetheart she is! So glad that Mommy, Daddy and brother came along and participated, too. Beautiful evening full of lots of smiles! I sure love you guys sooo much! It’s always a privilege and joy to photograph my precious family. What a gift you are to all of us! Enjoy your sneak peek!

Count them…1-2-3-4 Smiles!!

The award for the most patient Mom of the week, goes out to my sweet friend, Ashley, the beautiful Momma of these four sweeties! Ashley, thanks so much for your patience in me getting these sneak peeks to you! With Memphis finally having decent weather this week, I’ve been slammed with sessions, both scheduled and rescheduled ones, and today is the first day I’ve had a moment to sit down and work on the blog. I was soo  happy for Ashley that her precious kiddos did so good at our session. When you’ve got 4 children, you never know what you might get as far as moods go. But, this night, this sweethearts were all smiles, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the spring weather. They were especially enthralled with the trains at Oaklawn, and I love the look of their clothing colors against them. Thanks for your continued support of my business year-after-year, Ashley! Noah, Eli and Julianna…

This FUN family comes to me most years in the fall for their yearly family portraits! I love their laid-back style, laughter and obvious love for each other. They just made me smile and laugh throughout the entire session, and it shows in their portraits. It’s a fun and loving hour of time, captured forever as a memory for these sweet children and their parents to have for years to come. Haven’t said it in a while…but…I sure do LOVE my job!! 🙂

Brooks is One!

Love, love, love these two cute little guys! We had fun last night chasing them around and seeing their cute interactions with each other. And, their big eyes and sweet grins just melt my heart! I’m sad that yet another baby plan has come to an end for this fabulous little family. Thanks so much, Clark and Ashlee, for sharing your boys with me all these years! 🙂

Mike, Jena and their beautiful family!

Oh, it is soo much fun to reconnect with old friends! My sweet friends, Mike and Jena, moved away several months ago for Mike to become a pastor at another town in Tennessee. Oh how we have all missed them so much! I was beyond honored that they made the trip back to Memphis for me to photograph their family again. What a joy and what a beautiful family! 🙂

Isabella is One!

This was sweet Isabella almost one year ago…

And, look at this sweet baby girl now! She’s One!

Isabella is already walking and quite the busy little girl! But, so very beautiful and very loved! Her big brother and sister were able to come along, at the last minute due to a reschedule, so we grabbed a few with them as well. It was a fun morning with a fun family. Happy Birthday, Isabella!!

Oaklawn Mini Sessions!

God was good once again and provided yet another beautiful weekend for photographing! I finished up my first round of the Spring Mini Sessions in grand style with three additional families! All of these families are repeat customers, which is such a blessing and honor to me! I loved seeing all of you again! Hope you enjoy your little sneak peek!

First on the agenda was Mary Kate and Tripp! It’s hard to believe I was photographing little Tripp’s newborn session just under a year ago. Now look at this sweet boy! I just loved the interactions between brother and sister in these portraits. And, those eyes on both these children? Swooon!! 🙂

Next up…Cooper and his crew! I love, love, love this sweet boy and every time I photograph him I really think he should come home with me and hang for a bit! He’s just a cool little boy with the cutest little smile and a great set of parents that helped make him so great! 🙂

Rounding out the night was another sweet brother sister pair, Hudson and Emery! Again, precious interaction between the two of them. Just love a big ol’ bear hug with happy faces! Can’t beat it! They were great for our session and we had some wonderful portraits as a result. 🙂

Spring Mini Sessions…Round One!

Anyone who lives in the Memphis area can tell you that Spring came early this year! Therefore, I had to shuffle around my mid-April Mini Sessions. Of course, since we were moving everyone around it didn’t quite work out that all families could come on the same day. So we just put everyone on a couple of different evenings! The first batch was a huge success. Oaklawn Garden was just absolutely breathtaking with all the spring color. God was showing his beautiful creation in a magnificent way! And, I had two very fun and sweet families to work with as well!

First up, an adorable group of brothers! Loved meeting and working with this family for the first time! So sweet!

Next up, was oh so very spunky little Ann Dawson! I hadn’t photogaphed this sweet girl in a couple of years and she hasn’t really changed a bit! I absolutely ADORE her amazing spirit and fun attitude! She had the best time being photographed, and even let her Mom and Dad jump in on a few, too! So great to see y’all again! 🙂
