I never know what surprises might be in store for me at my photo sessions! This past week, as I rounded the corner to look for the family I was to photograph, there stood an old friend and classmate of mine from high school! I was so surprised! Usually, we deal with the moms in scheduling the sessions, so it never even occurred to me that the last name of this family came from my former classmate and he was the Daddy of this gorgeous bunch! It was really fun to catch up with you, Chris! All of your girls are simply beautiful both inside and out! I so enjoyed getting to know Keegan and Theran and your beautiful wife! Ashley, you’ve got such style! I loved the feel of the clothes of this session and the vintage look it inspired. I hope you all enjoy your little sneak peek. Oh,to be McKenna! This little girl is SO loved! Plus, she is just stinkin’ adorable to top it off! I met up with McKenna and her parents on Saturday morning for a session at Arlington Town Square. We started out the day with of few of this beautiful little girl by herself, and then a few with mom and dad.

Soon, McKenna’s big sister joined us for some family pictures! They were having such a good time together and it was such a pleasure to be included in the fun!

We LOVE our neighborhood and I really do think that we have the best neighbors anywhere! All of our neighbors are great and we enjoy our friendships with all of them very much! My very last session on Saturday night was for our great neighbors that live across the street! I’ve been so looking forward to photographing them. They are such a fun and loving family;and, the session was lots of fun! Reed and Parker are two of my son’s best buddies so it was pretty easy to get some real smiles and laughs out of them! Meet my college roommate, Kristen, and her gorgeous family! She and I have more scoop on each other than either of us probably cares to admit! We’ve been great friends for 20 years now and on Monday night, I had the opportunity to photograph her family for her. It is such a joy to see my sweet friend as a wife and mother and have the chance to capture this fleeting time in their lives with my camera. Kristen, so happy for you that these turned out so great! Boys! They are so much fun. So full of energy and such little charmers. Love ’em! I had the chance to hang out with Parker and Grayson this week for some portraits. We had a great time! We had to keep them moving to keep them entertained and interested the photos; but, it was worth it! Aren’t they just adorable? I love, love the sweet curls and cute little grins. Guys, thanks so much for playing with me. I hope your sweet momma loves these pictures as much as I do! Could just eat ’em up! 🙂

“We brought the whole crew!” That’s what Denise said to me as she climbed out of a big SUV. And, then, all these gorgeous people started coming out of the car, too. Kinda like those clown cars where they are all squished up in there and you wonder how many more are going to come out? Ha! Loved it. Meet the absolutely gorgeous Tim and Denise and their sweet families. Tim and Denise have a long-distance romance that stretches all the way from Tennessee to California! When Tim was in town last week with his boys, it was the perfect opportunity for a photo session of these two families together. We had a wonderful evening traipsing through Arlington Town Square capturing this beautiful group of people. Thanks, Denise, for asking me to photograph you guys! I just loved meeting everyone and had a wonderful time working with all of you! 🙂
