Jeffrey and Ethan

April 3, 2012

When I photographed Jeffrey last year, I thought that he was just the cutest little boy with an amazing little grin and beautiful eyes! Now, this sweet boy has a baby brother…little Ethan…who is just as darling as his big brother! This session could not have gone much better and the boys were great for the session. I love the little “sitting and smiling” age…just my favorite baby age to photograph I’d say! Enjoy this little sneak peak of Ethan and Jeffrey-adorableness all around!

Here’s another little sweetie who has quickly gone from this:

To this beautiful and happy girl!

Brooke is such a cutie pie! Poor baby girl was struggling yesterday with some teething issues, but bless her heart she pulled through great considering all she really wanted to be doing was gnaw on her hands or have her pacifier! 🙂 She brought along her so adorable big brother, George, as well as her Mom and Dad for the photo session. I love our results and so enjoyed working with this wonderful family again. I can’t believe that she’ll be one in just a few short months! Enjoy the cuteness of Brooke and family!

Happy with Daddy! 🙂

Julia and Will…

March 27, 2012

Oh, what fun to see my friends Julia and Will again! I have been working with these sweet children since Will was just a tiny baby; and, it is just so much fun for me to see them growing. I see them developing their own personalities, and they are just great! We had a BEAUTIFUL morning at the Botanic Gardens. This Spring has just been glorious…even if it is about a month earlier than normal! Thank you so much, “P” family for continuing to share your children with me. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek! 🙂

Sweet Lydia…

March 23, 2012

Lydia celebrated her first birthday in February, and this morning I had the fun job of meeting with her and her parents to mark the occasion with some portraits! Lydia was SO good for me. I fell in love with her precious little grin and those sweet cheeks. They just make you smile! She even thought I was funny, which is always a plus! 😉 It was a beautiful morning and a beautiful opportunity to capture a sweet little girl on her 1st birthday. I hope you all enjoy your sneak peek. LOTS more to come! 🙂

Triple blessed! That’s how I felt leaving this photo session with three beautiful sisters! It was AWESOME! The girls behaved beautifully and came ready with smiles and charmed me all morning with their sweetness. God provided us with beautiful weather and a backdrop of unbelievable spring flowers. I’ve been photographing these girls since the oldest was three years old, and now she is almost 7! Crazy how fast time flies. This session was to mark little Jane’s one-year-old birthday, but big sisters came along, too. Usually, when there are siblings, there isn’t necessarily lots and lots of “group” shots to choose from. There’s always one that has their eyes closed, or a silly face, etc. But….this session…I kid you not, almost every photo of the three girls together was absolutely precious. I had the hardest time picking which ones to post here, and honestly, didn’t do a very good job of just picking a few! Ward and Katie, your girls just stole my heart this week. Thank you for sharing them with me! Enjoy! Soooo many more coming your way soon! 😉

A few individuals…first up, Jane!

Next, my precious friend, Maddie!

And, big sister Mary Caroline!

And, more of the girls together. Seriously LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them all!!!

Sweet little Lily!

March 9, 2012

This week I had the joy of photographing little 4-month-old Lily, along with her proud big sister, Brianna and very beautiful Momma. Lily is a new member of our Little Gifts Newborn Club, so you will be seeing her sweet face several times this year! 🙂 YAY! The backdrop of our session could not have been much better. We utilized the burst of early Spring color at the Botanic Gardens and it was just a perfect accent to these beautiful girls! I am looking forward to watching you grow, sweet Lily! 🙂

Beautiful Taylor…

November 14, 2011

I just love this time of year! The leaves are changing, the weather is beautiful, and pretty little girls start showing up at my photo sessions with their Christmas dresses on! That can only mean one thing, Christmas is around the corner! 🙂 I met up with 3-year-old Taylor and her fun parents the other morning at the Botanic Gardens. It was one of those rather chilly Fall mornings and poor Taylor was freezing! It took a while for her to “warm up”, poor baby girl. Once we got her mind off of her being so cold, we ended up with some fun photos, great smiles, and pensive big-eyed looks that I just love. Sweet girl! Enjoy!

Allie is growing up so quickly! She is a member of our Little Gifts Newborn Club and I haven’t seen her since her Newborn Session at several days old. She is now sitting confidently, has her own sweet little personality, and is definitely not short on the smiles! I am always excited to see what goodies Allie’s mom has picked out for her gorgeous girls to wear to their sessions. She has great taste with lots of bold colors and accessories…they always look so GREAT! This time, all four of the family members got in on the action for a few family pictures as well as Allie’s sitting shots. I love the color in all these photos….just makes me happy! 🙂 Enjoy your sneak peek!

Happy 1st Birthday, Colleen!

November 7, 2011

Here she was, one year ago this past week:

And look at her now! Miss Colleen just turned One! I haven’t seen her since those first few days of her life. She has gotten so very big. And, she is SO smart! Talking so much for a just turned one-year-old! I love her sweet little dimples and sweet grin. It was great catching up with this sweet family and getting to love on the birthday girl. She was a trooper in the cold November temps. Happy birthday, sweet miss! 🙂

Love the big ol’ thoughtful eyes in this black and white…

This last one is my favorite of the day. So stinkin’ cute! 🙂

Hollis, Anders and Neely…

October 14, 2011

Oh, joy! Take a look at these sweet babies! Meet 3-year-old twins Hollis and Anders and their sweet baby sister, little 10-month-old Neely. I haven’t seen the twins in a couple of years and had never met little Neely, so it was such fun seeing them “all grown up” and meeting their sweet new addition. Three little ones ages 3 and under can sometimes be challenging, but these three sweet ones came along with plenty of helpers and lots of smiles! We made it work and I am thrilled with our results. Sara, thank you for sharing your precious loves with me. I hope you enjoy this little sneak peek! 🙂

Sweet little Hollis…love her cutie-pie grin! And, the brother of the group, adorable Anders…
